FAQ
Straight answers.
Who is Otto the OttoMator?
Otto is based on Winston, my Boston Terrier. On this site he stands for the setup: headset on, at the desk. He is not something you subscribe to. He does not get the keys to money, access, or deletes.
What is Henry County Consulting?
Paid setup work for businesses in Henry County. I look at one job, cut what should not be there, and build only the part that repeats. Example: sorting an inbox, or answering “what are your hours?”
Are you the same as AI for Missouri?
AI for Missouri is Henry County Consulting’s community workshop program. Workshops, in a room, with people. The paid setup work stays on this site. Same person. Different door. See aiformissouri.com.
What about James Networks?
James Networks is the lab where I try things. The consulting for local businesses stays on this site.
Who is this for?
Henry County businesses only. Most don't have AI doing real work yet. They have a chat box, and a person still does everything else.
What is grounded AI?
The AI is connected to information you already have, so it is not guessing to please you. Example: it can read the calendar and the notes. It cannot change them, spend money, or delete anything.
What do you actually set up?
A paid AI account. An email sorter. A phone that can pick up. A calendar that books a real opening. A custom scheduling or voice agent is a quote. Prices are on the Services page.
What stays human?
Money, access, and deletes. Also any step where AI would make it worse. I will say so. Example: quoting a price, or promising a job you have not agreed to.
Do you have results yet?
Not yet. This practice is new, and I won't make one up.
Do you sell a product here?
No. These are setups. When I leave, your people should be able to explain what is running.
How do we start?
Thirty minutes, no charge. Bring the job that's slow, tedious, or easy to get wrong. Book a time, email david@henrycountyconsulting.com, or call (660) 227-5858. Clinton, MO 64735.
